Jeneé Ziegenfuss
Director
A native of Vancouver, Jeneé is the coordinator of services provided by Goldman & Associates. She works with state and local government to oversee contracts, and directs our Associates to ensure client success. Jeneé has a daughter with disabilities, making the Agency mission personal and giving her a lifetime of experience for the value and opportunities in supported employment. She has a degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Employment Specialist, and has nearly ten years of experience working with social services organizations.
Chad Marine
Program Manager – Division Vocational Rehabilitation
Chad is the first person most of our clients meet, as he helps individuals and their families navigate the process of supported employment. He has a wealth of education and experience across a variety of fields, holding a Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia and work experience as a supervisor for several local companies. Chad knows how to best prepare clients to apply for assistance, and in finding satisfying and respectful employment.
Lisa Hostick
Senior Employment Specialist
Lisa loves being part of the professional development process, and has 19 years of experience working in educational systems. She has worked in Oregon with the schools in Florence and Salem to create processes that assist individuals prone to distractions and behavioral problems. Lisa takes these skills to customize approaches with clients, understanding their barriers and helping them discover opportunities for success.
Scott Waggoner
Senior Employment Specialist
Scott serves as an employment specialist. He has a Master’s Degree from Oregon State University in Geography, with a focus on working with diverse populations and assessing new methods of communicating with clients. Scott has a history working with professional development agencies across the region, and knows how to offer trainings in ways that best meet the needs of audiences.
