Job Development- networking, customizing positions, interviewing, matching skills, strengths, interests, and abilities Job Coaching- new hire orientation, building natural supports, continuous evaluation of tasks, continuous communication with family and employer
Retention and follow along – On site visits, job modifications, advocating, problem recognition and resolution, tasks training or retraining
Community Based Assessments – Volunteer in realistic work settings to find skills, strengths, interests, and abilities.
Job Placement- locating a job that matches skills, strengths, interests and abilities learned from the CBA
Job Retention – 90 days follow up once a job placement is secured Intensive Training – Job stabilizing training while seeking services through DDA.
